Become a Member!

The Mentor Senior Center offers a wide array of programs and activities for our members. An annual membership is required to participate in programs, and to use the facility. Membership is open to aged 55+. Please take a moment to fill out a membership form. Please note that this form must be submitted in person. Membership cycle is January 1 thru December 31, and membership renewal begins in January.

Membership renewal for 2026 begins on January 2nd.

Please plan to arrive about 20 minutes before your first activity of the year to complete your renewal. Renewal must be completed before participating in any center activities.

Renewals cannot be completed online. You may call to renew, but please note that staff will prioritize assisting individuals who are in the center first.

How to Create an Online Account

Registering Online

Once you have an account, go to www.mentorseniorcenter.com, Select Get in on the Fun, then Select Register Now. Once you see the catalog, log into your account before selecting any programs. Select Senior Center Activities tab to narrow your search. When you select a program, all the members on your account will appear, use the check box to the left of the account members to register. When you add to the cart, it will take you to the checkout screen. You can either checkout or, if you have more programs to register for, select close and you can register for additional programs. Once you are done selecting your programs, checkout and enter payment.
